ENGLISH:
The project Björn Berg Borg was an audiovisual project created, composed and performed by me between 2010-2020.
The compositions have been recorded and performed in different versions with a lot of amazing musicians over the years. Here is your guide on how to find some of these rare sessions. Seven pieces released (and put to rest) on carefully selected places in my local surroundings around Bottnafjorden, Sweden.
Each recording is accompanied with a film recorded on the spot where the music is intended to be heard.
How to do?
You need access to a smartphone with GPS-interactive maps (Google Maps or similar) and a camera that can scan QR codes. I also recommend that you bring good headphones for a better sound experience.
Above you see the recordings listed, follow the link to each piece and you'll get its own unique GPS coordinate. Copy the coordinate of the music you want to experience and find the location via googlemap or other similar digital map service. Just like a so called "geocache" you will find a cache on the spot indicated. The cache in this case is a small box containing a QR code. Just scan the code with your smartphone and you will be linked to the music.
All for free, you just have to make the effort of finding it!
The music is intended to be experienced at this selected spot. See it as a good reason to get into the wild, enjoy the excitement of hunting for new musical experiences on beautiful locations you otherwise might have missed. Or perhaps experience an already familiar place with a brand new soundtrack to it.
Let the sound-safari begin, good luck!
